#StayAndThrive’s international retention programme focuses on creating the conditions where internationally educated colleagues feel a strong sense of belonging and can thrive in their personal and professional lives whilst progressing in their careers. The programme has developed a national community of action inclusive of all professions. Register now by scanning the QR code on the attached flyer, for the next national sharing and learning event on 8 November 23. This event will focus on career progression.   

In addition to the #StayAndThrive event here are two further research studies published last week on international retention. The People Promise in action week  

The People Promise in action week begins on Monday 9 October. This is a great opportunity to hear first-hand how organisations are supporting their workforce by putting the People Promise into action to support delivery of the NHS Long Term Workforce Plan. You can now book individual events here.
